How I handle what you share with me.
Who I am
Nine June Studio is Reena's studio, based in The Hague, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 85707872. Questions about your data? Email ninejunestudio96@gmail.com.
Which data I use
When you fill in the contact form or email me, I receive your name, your email address and your message. If you buy a painting or place a commission, I also need your address for delivery and the invoice.
What for
Only to answer your question, send you a quote, carry out, deliver and invoice your order. I don't use your data for advertising and never sell it.
How long I keep it
As long as needed for your question or order. Requests that don't lead to an order are deleted within a year. Invoices are kept for 7 years, as required by law.
Who I share it with
Only with parties needed to do my work: my email provider, my accounting, the carrier delivering your order and Netlify, the service this website runs on, which also processes contact form messages. They don't use your data for their own purposes.
Cookies
This website doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. The fonts are hosted on the site itself, so nothing is sent to Google.
Your rights
You can always ask which data I hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Email ninejunestudio96@gmail.com. Not happy with how I handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
